Can i use this for small hummaniod robot as control board & how to connect the servos ?

Absolutely! We actually built a hardware profile a while back that turns all 100 snickerdoodle FPGA pins (125 for snickerdoodle black) into PWMs - that's a lot of servos... All you need is an external 5V power supply (or whatever voltage your servos accept).
