As we've mentioned in past updates, the fulfillment process is virtually 100% opaque to us. We've provided CS with guidance/suggestions/requests re: the order of fulfillment, but ultimately the only thing we have control over is how many units we deliver to their warehouse. For international orders, I believe we've provided several opportunities for backers to receive split shipments if the additional freight costs are covered...and I can't think of a single person who has emailed us (ord...@krtkl.com) requesting part/all of their order be expedited that we've had to turn down. We've admittedly wavered on the exact piSmasher specs, pricing, etc. over the years, but the final decision is: nobody will be receiving a 'dumbed down' version of the piSmasher – we will be building one version. I only ask that you remain patient a little longer as the final update, details, etc. will be released once we have production hardware in hand to avoid any further 'disappointment.' But to answer your question: anyone who is not satisfied with the final piSmasher outcome will be entitled to a refund for the amount pledged for that product or an 'exchange' for a product/s of equivalent value to the amount pledged. We will not be delivering any subpar or incomplete products. That's just not who we are. And while I can't say that every decision we've made since the start of the campaign has been flawless – or that everyone agrees with our approach – I can say that we have sincerely committed to making the most responsible decisions with the information available to us at the time in an effort to deliver on our promises and give the snickerdoodle platform the greatest chance at long-term success.-Ryan

Sooooo, what is going on? Are we going to see any updates soon?
Following the 14th of September announcement, I was expecting my order to ship sometime in September as the PiSmasher was the last thing waiting to become available.
Now when I look at my order, I see that the BreakyBreaky boards are listed as shipping at the end of October!
My question here is - will I be punished for ordering several items over and over again? What if the jumper cables are out of stock when the BreakyBreaky boards come in?
The last of the preordered breakyBreakys – in addition to a bunch for CS stock – are en route to Crowd Supply as I write this. The piSmashers were delivered last week and are being fulfilled by Crowd Supply this week.
We have plenty of jumper kits, but keep in mind these aren’t intended for use with breakyBreaky. The jumpers have 0.1" pins/housings on one end and Samtec pins – for installation into the associated ISDF pin housings – for use with snickerdoodle and other boards with TFM headers (like piSmasher) on the other.
We’re ramping up distributor inventory as quickly as we can, we’re just extremely capital limited at the moment.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Jumper kits was just an example. The issue is that orders does not allocate resources to go out the door as quickly as possible in the order they were placed.
Here is a generic example: Let’s say I’ve ordered A, B, C and D. At the time of the order, only A, B and C are in stock so the order is held. Now D comes into stock but now C is out of stock, so again, the order is put on hold. Once C comes back in stock, A and B are out of stock. And so the saga continues. The sane thing would be to anticipate that D would come into stock soon and therefore hold the required number of A, B and C for my order so that it can ship as soon as D comes into stock.
